- No of shares and Sharing Ratio between Shareholders of the company
After Registering Company at SECP, Post SECP requirements are given below:
- The company should open a bank account in the name of the company.
- The company should print its statutory documents. i.e. Incorporation Certificate, Form 29, Form A, Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association.
- The company should display its name at the registered office and at every place where the business of the company is carried on.
- The company should prepare its first set of accounts which should be audited by a chartered accountant.
- Appointment of First Auditor within 90 days from its incorporation.
- First Election of Directors and Appointment of CEO within sixteen months from its incorporation after its financial year
