if there is an issue with the logo or a complaint by the registrar then
The company will respond to clear that complaint in writing and satisfy that how the requested trademark is different from other similar trademarks after that
If there is any opposing party that can go against the distributed trademark or there is no objection from the public or any person, then Trademark will get published and added to the official gazette
The process will take time as per the following:
Issuance of Acknowledgement on filing fifteen Days
Issuance of 1st Examination Report on application. Four months
Action on reply received from the applicant Three months
Acceptance and subsequent publication on compliance with all legal requirements for two months.
Registration of Trademark – where no opposition received. It includes the following steps
Acceptance, publication, opposition time (02 months), and issuance of demand notice Six months.
Issuance of Registration Certificate of the trademark after publication from reception of Fee for Demand Notice. Three months
